1. Service
The INDRUM Learning Portal provides role-based training, assessments, and certifications connected to other INDRUM portals.
By activating your learning account or purchasing a course you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & access
- You must use your own INDRUM account; do not share credentials.
- Business users may receive automatic access when registered on connected business portals.
- Consumer users must explicitly activate learning access from the Customer app.
3. Paid courses
Some courses require a one-time purchase. Prices are shown before checkout. Refund policy follows applicable consumer law and platform rules.
4. Certifications
Certificates are issued after successful completion. INDRUM may revoke certificates obtained through fraud or policy violations.
