How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all required lessons and pass the final assessment. Your certificate appears here and syncs to your CV in the Customer app.
Why is a course locked?
Some courses require a one-time purchase before you can access lessons. Use the Purchase button on the course page (development mode records the purchase without charging a card).
How does operational readiness work?
Mandatory courses for your role must be completed before certain operational actions in connected portals (e.g. courier dispatch, fleet assignment). Check your dashboard readiness score.
Can I switch language?
Yes — use the language selector in the header. Course content uses your selected locale when translations are available.
